不同结构胶结料浆单体梁抗折试验研究

摘要 充填体强度的研究对解决矿山深部开采问题具有重要的现实意义。结合金川矿区深井开采复杂条件,选择INSTRON1342试验机对4组梁试件进行三点弯试验,试验结果表明:有筋与无筋的分级尾砂膏体试件的抗折强度依次大于有筋与无筋的高浓度砂浆试件的抗折强度;当制作试件的料浆相同时,通过布筋能明显增加试件的抗折强度,说明在回采进路胶结充填体中布筋,对于提高回采进路人工假顶的稳定性至关重要。高浓度砂浆有筋试件的抗折强度与无筋试件抗折强度之比,大于分级尾砂膏体试件的对应值。 The research of backfill body strength has important practical significance to solve problems of deep mining.Combining the complex condition of Jinchuan Mine,flex experiment on four groups of filling materials beams was carried out by INSTRON1342 electric hydraulic servo with three-point loading.The research result showed that the flexural strength of reinforced and plain beams (GJL and GL),made of paste mortar,was more than those of reinforced and plain beams(SJL and SL),and made of cemented tailing mortar.Under the same mortar,the flexural strength of reinforced beam was higher than that of plain beam,and it was indicated that reinforcement in filled drift is necessary for enhancing stability of the filled drift because the filled drift is used as artificial roof during under slice mining.The ratio of the flexural strength of SJL to SL was obviously more than that of GJL to GL.
