摘要
随着我国政治、经济体制改革的深入发展,大学治理结构的研究成为了理论研究者和实践工作者一个共同关心的话题。由于不同国家大学的历史传统及现实背景的不同,中外学者对大学治理结构研究的视域存在差异,大学治理结构多源于非教育目的,变迁多为自上而下的行政过程,其中大学利益相关者很难在治理结构变迁中发挥作用。目前,大学个性治理结构发生变迁,正向共性治理结构演进,这一演进过程是一个持续完善的过程。
As China＇s political and economic reform in-depth development, studying on university governance structure becomes a common concern topic of theoretical researchers and practitioners. This text analyses the connotation on university governance and university governance structure due to the historical tradition of universities in different countries and the reality of different backgrounds. Chinese and foreign scholars studying structures vary depending on the domain, author basing on the synthesis and reflection on the university governance university governance structural studies. And it also points out that the Chinese and foreign university governance research is evolving towards a common goal.
