摘要
连铸坯的中心碳偏析是SWRH82B在拉拔过程中出现笔尖状断裂的最主要原因,通过在连铸过程中调整水量分配和优化结晶器电磁搅拌参数,可以减轻铸坯碳偏析程度,线材获得良好的拉拔性能。
The central carbon segregation of casting billet is main cause of pen-tip shaped fracture for SWRH82B in drawing process, carbon segregation of casting billet is reduced by adjusting the water allocation and optimizing the parameters of electromagnetic stirring of mould in asting pocell. Meanwhile, a good drawing performances in wire have been achieved.
