摘要
目的研究合肥市0－14岁门诊儿童发锌、发铜值。方法实际有效对象9588例，男性5525例，女性4063例。分成男女16个不同年龄组。发样经HNO3－HClO4消化后采用原子吸收分光光度仅测定锌、铜值。结果1岁时发锌值最低，发铜值最高。结论儿童在1岁时处于最低锌水平状态。与其它城市比较，合肥市儿童发锌水平偏低，对确定合肥市缺锌指标和补锌标准有参考意义。
Objective The aim was to invesgate the content of Zn and Cu in the hair form 0 to 14 years oldambulatory children in Zunyi City. Methods The effective objects were 9588 cases including male 5525 andfemal 4063. With differenl age and sex, they were divied into 16 groups, The hair digested by HNO3-HClO4were deteminded the content of Zn and Cu by atomic obsorptiometer. Results The content of Zn in the hairwas the lowest and Cu was the highest in one year old. Conclusions The children's Zn level in the hair wasthe lowest in one-year-old and comparing with other cities, the Zn level in the hair in Zunyi City was lower.This result useful to determin the norm of Zn lack and the standard of supplement of Zn in Zunyi City.
