摘要
文化管理是一种先进的管理思想,文章阐述了文化管理的内涵及其对远程教育机构的适用性,提出了远程教育机构实行文化管理的思路:发挥领导者和管理者的作用,塑造远程教育机构共同的价值观,创设有利于实行文化管理的远程教育文化,促进文化管理与制度管理的有机结合。
Culture management is an advanced management mode. In this paper, we discuss the significance of culture management and its applicability for distance education institutions. Moreover, four strategies for implementing culture management in distance education institutions are introduced, including： putting the role of leaders and managers into effect in culture management, shaping the common values for distance education institutions, constructing distance education culture for the implementation of culture management, and promoting the combination of culture management and institutionalized management.
