摘要
通过固定污染源烟气排放连续监测系统验收监测纳入我国环境保护管理制度的背景和进程,及其与建设项目环境保护竣工验收监测的关系,引入做好该系统验收监测工作的几点看法。并结合实际工作找出做好该系统验收监测工作存在的问题,同时有针对性的提出解决存在问题的方式和方法。
The background and course of continuous emissions monitoring systems （CEMS） of stationary pollution source under normal operation included in the regulations for the environmental protection and management systems, and the relationship between continuous emissions monitoring and environmental protection acceptance monitoring of construction project were analyzed to induct some comments on acceptance monitoring of this system. In light of realities, the existing problems of acceptance monitoring of this system were found out and some corresponding dealing ways and methods were put forward as well.
