摘要
将厌氧折流板反应器—序批式活性污泥法(ABR-SBR)应用于中成药废水处理工程中。运行结果表明,在进水质量浓度CODCr为438~2300mg/L,BOD5为310~824mg/L,SS为86~229mg/L和色度为50~220倍时,处理后出水可达到GB21906—2008《中药类制药工业水污染物排放标准》要求,该工艺操作简便、抗冲击负荷能力强、运行费用低。
Anaerobic baffled reactor and sequencing batch reactor (ABR+SBR) process was used in the treatment of the wastewater from the production of prepared traditional Chinese medicine. The results of operation showed that when the CODc, was 438 - 2 300 mg/L, BOD5 was 310 - 824 mg/L, SS was 86 - 229 mg/L and chroma was 50- 220 times in the inlet water, respectively, the outlet after the treatment reached GB 21906 - 2008. The process has the merits of simple operation, strong shock load capability and low operation cost.
