“掀盖式”切取髂骨松质骨在自体植骨术中的应用 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨"掀盖式"切取髂骨松质骨在自体植骨术中应用的方法及价值。方法回顾性分析2004年7月至2008年12月我科采用"掀盖式"切取髂骨松质骨供自体植骨的61例患者的病例资料。结果61例平均手术时间18min,术中平均出血量40ml。术后6～24个月随访,未出现髂嵴凹陷、系腰带痛、供骨区血肿、感染、腹疝、髂嵴撕脱骨折等并发症。结论采用"掀盖式"切取髂骨松质骨是一种实用、简便、安全的取骨法,适用于有植骨需要而又不需带皮质骨的病人,值得临床推广。
