尼那水电站受油器外操作油管漏油分析及处理 被引量:1

Analysis and treatment on the oil leakage of the external operation oil pipe in oil head in Nina hydropower station

摘要 为了解决尼那水电站灯泡贯流式机组,在运行过程中受油器外操作油管与转子中心体联接法兰面处有油甩出,造成调速器油箱油位过低,定子浸油的现象,经过各方面的原因分析,根据实际情况在外操作油管与转子中心体法兰面加○型密封条,将连接螺栓外加焊保护罩、主轴与转子中心体法兰面组合缝处加焊环板封油的处理办法,解决了漏油问题。 There is an oil leakage problem at the connection flange between the external operation oil pipe in oil head and the rotator cytocentrum during its running in the bulb tubular turbine in Nina hydropower station and this problem caused the oil level in the tank of a speed controller is too lower and the stator is in the oil. After the analysis of various reasons,the treatment methods to solve the oil leakage problem are found as follows :adding an 0 sealing strip at the flange surface;adding a weld- ing protection cover out of the connection bolt;adding a welding ring plate oil seal at the flange sur- face slot between the main shaft and the rotattor cytocentrum.
