摘要
以潍坊市中心城区奎文区为例,应用GIS空间分析方法评价中心城区金融服务业的空间集聚适宜程度和发展潜力,建立一个可量化的普适性评价方法,将空间信息和属性数据有效结合,并将结果直观地显示在空间上,较好地实现了GIS技术和城市规划方法与理念的结合。研究表明,利用该方法可较为科学和客观地进行城市中心区金融服务业空间集聚和优化发展研究,提出对中等城市金融服务业布局的发展导引。
GIS analyses are used to evaluate the compactness and potential of the Kuiwen district＇s financial services industries.It is used to establish a quantifiable evaluation method that combines spatial and nonspatial attributes,effectively using GIS as an urban planning tool.The study shows that this method is effective for exploring the optimal distribution for financial service companies,including the layout for financial services development in medium-sized cities.
