摘要
高职院校辅导员队伍作为大学生思想政治教育阵地第一线的工作者,其自身建设与发展直接关系到大学生的德育工作和综合素质人才培养水平。在分析当前高职院校辅导员队伍现状的基础上,从建立机制、培养机制、考核机制、激励机制等方面阐述了如何促进辅导员队伍建设及可持续发展。
As the front line educator of the ideological and political education,higher vocational college turors own construction and development is directly related to the moral education of university students and the overall quality level of personnel training.On the basis of an analysis of the current status of higher vocational college tutors,this paper elaborated the establishment mechanisms,training mechanisms,assessment mechanism,incentive mechanism of tutors team and the method on how to promote team-building and sustainable development.
