摘要
通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数据统计法和逻辑分析法对北京高职院校体育教师的现状进行了分析,根据现状提出坚持科学发展观的对策,目的是提高北京高职院校体育教师师资水平,为更好地培养学生职业素质提供帮助。
In this paper,we analyzed the status of physical education teachers in Beijing Vocational Colleges through the literature,expert interviews,questionnaires,data analysis and logical analysis.Based on the present situation,the policy of insisting on scientific concept of development is put forward,in order to provide a better environment for students to improve their ability.
