恩施山区鱼腥草挥发油的化学成分分析 被引量:10

Analysis of the Chemical Constituents of Volatile Oil from Houttuynia cordata Thunb in Enshi Mountainous Area

摘要 对人工栽培鱼腥草和野生鱼腥草的挥发油进行化学成分分析.用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取挥发油,并用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用仪对其挥发油化学组分进行分离和鉴定.分离并鉴定出人工栽培鱼腥草挥发油中52种成分,占总峰面积的97.71%;野生鱼腥草挥发油中70种成分,占总峰面积的94.94%.其主要化学成分为:β-蒎烯、β-月桂烯、甲基正壬酮、桧烯、α-蒎烯、柠檬烯、癸酸乙酯、乙酸龙脑酯等.结果表明,人工栽培鱼腥草和野生鱼腥草挥发油的化学成分有差异,但主要的活性成分基本一致. The chemical constituents of volatile oil from the artificial and wild Houttuynia cordata Thunb are analyzed.The volatile oil was isolated with steam distillation and identified by capillary GC/MS method,52 and 70 Volatile components were identified and determined from the artificial and wild Houttuynia cordata Thunb,accounting for 97.71% and 94.94% of the total peak area.The main volatile compounds are β-pinene,β-myrcene,2-undecanone,sabinen,α-pinene,limonene,capric acid ethyl ester,bornyl acetate and etc.The result shows that there were differences between the volatile chemical constituents in the artificial and wild Houttuynia cordata Thunb.However,the main effective constituents are basically identical.
