摘要
目的分析无创双水平气道正压通气治疗重症哮喘的疗效。方法常规治疗同时给予无创双水平正压通气,观察使用无创呼吸机前后的生命体征和血气变化及最后转归。结果应用无创双水平气道正压通气治疗后24、48、72h时的呼吸频率、心率、血压,血气指标:pH值、PCO2、PO2明显改善(P<0.01),治疗后48、72h时的呼吸困难分级评分、辅助呼吸肌评分明显降低(P<0.01)。结论无创双水平通气治疗重症哮喘可取得较好疗效。
Objective To investigate curative effect of noninvasive bi-level positive airway pressure ventilation on severe asthma.Methods Patients were given conventional treatment and noninvasive bi-level positive airway pressure ventilation.Changes of vital signs in patients and outcomes were examined.Results According to the status collected 24,48 and 72 hours after the practice of noninvasive bi-level positive airway pressure ventilation,there were significant improvements in respiratory rate,cardiac rate,blood pressure,pH,PCO2 and PO2 （P0.01）.There were significant decreases in dyspnea scale and accessory respiratory muscle scale measured 48,72 hours after the treatment （P0.01）.Conclusion Treatment of noninvasive bi-level positive airway pressure ventilation is effecte on servere asthma.
