摘要
资源是影响项目进度、工期、成本的重要因素,资源计划将会影响工程项目进度和投资目标的实现,对于大型项目尤其如此。以往的资源均衡优化研究均是基于一些假定的条件,与实际不符。因而,结合工程应用实际,提出了多工况多资源多阶段的优化理论,研究建立了相应的模型,并设计了资源均衡优化的程序框图。
Resources are important factors which affect the project's schedule, duration and cost. Resources plan will affect the realization of project progress and investment objectives, especially for large projects. The previous studies of resource leveling are based on certain assumed conditions, but the actual discrepancies. Thus, the combination of the practical engineering application, puts forward the optimization theory of multi-state, multi-resource and multi-stage, establishes the corresponding model, and designs optimization of the resource leveling process diagram
