摘要
文章采用2003～2007年河北省农村居民调查资料,运用比较分析和表格说明方法,分析近几年河北省农村居民收入与支出的基本情况,找出存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出相应措施,如调整农业产业结构和调节农村消费结构,深入实施科教兴农战略和完善落实国家惠农政策,加强农民及务工人员技能培训和转移农村剩余劳动力,鼓励农民生产性大额投资发展企业和完善基础设施建设等,以改善河北省农村居民生活水平。
Adopting rural resident investigation material of Hebei Province from 2003 to 2007 and using method of comparative analysis and form explanation, the basic situation of rural resident income and expenses in Hebei province in recent years was analyzed in the paper. Problems were found out, and then corresponding measures for improving life level of rural citizen in Hebei province were suggested based on analysis of these problems, such as adjusting agricultural industry structure and rural consumption structure, thoroughly implementing strategy of promote agriculture by science ＆ technology, and perfectly carrying out national policy for supporting agriculture, strengthening skill training of farmer or worker and shifting surplus rural labors, encouraging farmers＇ large quantity investment to development of enterprise and improving infrastructure construction, etc.
