摘要
管理学的案例教学法侧重于理论联系实际,强调培养学生分析问题和解决问题的能力,达到创新能力的提高。经典案例或本土代表性案例的缺乏是影响案例教学效果的重要因素。基于案例的对比式教学法在一定程度上弥补这一不足,提升管理学教学效果。结合教学实践,分析案例对比式教学法面临的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,指出案例对比式教学法是当前管理学教学的有效方法之一,能够满足应用型和创新型人才培养目标的要求,应积极实践与探索。
Case teaching method in management teaching rcalizcs the linkagc betwccn theory and practice, enhances the training of student' s ability on analyzing and solving the problems, and improves the student' s creation ability. The lack of classical or native representative case is an important factor that affeets the effect of ease teaching. Comparative teaching based on the cases to some what can make up this shortcoming, and improve the effect of management teaching. According to the teaching practice, this paper analyzes the strength, weakness, opportunity, and threats faced by case teaching, and pointing out that comparative teaching based on cases is an effective management teaching method, which can satisfy the object to train practical and creative human resource, and should be practiced.
