从价值工程的概念与原理出发,简述了用价值工程进行施工项目成本控制的过程,并对项目成本各组成部分进行分析,阐述各部分价值分析的重点在于提高项目各部分成本的使用价值,降低项目成本,增加项目价值。为施工项目的成本控制提供了有力的依据。
Started with the concept and principle of value engineering, the cost control process of construction project is stated by Value Engineering and the components of the project is analyzed. The key of value analysis is to improve the value in use, reduce cost, increase value and provide strong basis for the cost control in the construction.
