摘要
建设项目工程造价管理控制途径可以从建设工程造价控制的原理角度进行分析,可以针对我国全过程建设项目造价管理存在的现状进行分析,还可以针对施工单位、设计单位等人为造成造价偏差的现状进行分析,从而获得有效管理控制建设项目工程造价的途径。
The construction project cost management and control channels are available from the point of view of construction cost control principle, the status quo existing in the country is analyzed according to the cost management of whole process of construction projects and the cost deviation status quo is analyzed according to the construction unit, design unit so as to find the effective way of management control in the construction project.
