摘要
随着社会的不断进步和发展,城市中高层住宅越来越多,这就对高层住宅的施工质量要求越来越高,本文针对高层建筑中常出现的外墙渗水渗漏的问题分析了如何预防和控制这一问题的施工技术措施。
As the development and advance of society, there are more rising buildings in the city which propose higher requirement to construction quality. Based on the exterior wall leakage problems in the high-rising building, the construction technology of how to prevent and control the problems is analyzed.
