摘要
电子政务系统中大量的政府公文通过Internet发布、高效流转,不可避免地面临非授权访问、信息泄漏或丢失、数据完整性被破坏、利用网络传播病毒的威胁等,通过对电子文件档案的概念、特点分析电子文件档案管理中存在的一系列问题。
Large quantities of official document are released and circulated by Internet efficiently, which inevitably caused problems of unauthorized access, information reveal or lost, damaged integrity, threats of spreading virus by the interuet and etc, through the electronic records concepts and features, a series of problems in the electronic archives management are analyzed.
