宫腔镜和腹腔镜联合诊治不孕症 被引量:7

Diagnosis and treatment of infertility by hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy

摘要 目的:探讨腹腔镜与宫腔镜联合手术在不孕症诊断及治疗中的应用价值。方法:对72例不孕症患者施行宫腔镜和腹腔镜联合手术,观察其诊疗效果。结果:盆腔粘连、输卵管因素、子宫内膜异位症及子宫内膜息肉是不孕症的常见原因,宫腔镜、腹腔镜检查在不孕症的病因诊断中优于子宫输卵管造影术(HSG),宫腔镜与腹腔镜联合手术后输卵管通畅率为80.55%,与术前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宫腔镜与腹腔镜联合手术能集二者之长,同时进行宫腔、盆腔疾病的诊断和治疗,创伤小、恢复快、手术成功率高,是不孕症重要的检查及治疗手段。 Objective : To explore the application value of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy in diagnosis and treatment of infertility. Methods: 72 cases with infertility underwent hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy, then the clinical efficacy was observed. Results: The usual causes of infertility included pelvic adhesion, fallopian tube factors, endometriosis and endometrial polyp, hysteroseopy combined and laparoscopy was superior to hystero - salpingograph in etiological diagnosis of infertility, the tubal patent rate after operation was 80. 55% , there was significant difference before and after operation (P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion: Hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy can diagnose and treat uterine cavity and pelvic cavity simultaneously, with the advantages of little trauma, quick recovery and high success rate, which is a main method in diagnosis and treatment of infertility.
