信息化与工业化融合体现了信息化与工业化关系的本质。信息化与工业化融合应该以科学发展观为指导思想,以产业融合理论、工业工程技术为理论指导,加强政策、法规、标准建设,建立新型创新服务体系,加强信息资源的开发利用。
The convergence of informationization and industrialization has shown the nature of the relationship between informationization and industrialization.In the process of convergence of informationization and industrialization,the scientific concept of development,the theory of industrial convergence and the industrial engineering technology should guide the convergence;it should reinforce to construct relevant policies,regulations and standards,to form the new system of innovative services,and to exploit and utilize the information resources.
