狗膈神经与肩部皮神经的荧光双标研究

摘要 本文用荧光双标记法对狗脊神经节内的轴突双分叉神经元(此种神经元的周围突在胞体附近分成两大支,各支分别随不同的神经分布到内脏、肌肉或皮肤)进行了探讨。分组实验的结果不仅提示膈神经与颈部皮神经内存在来自C_~C_脊神经节的轴突双分叉神经元的分支,而且也证实了狗膈神经内感觉纤维的传入节段为同侧C~C脊神经节,以C_6节内标记神经元的数目最多,占此种标记神经元总数的58%,C节次之。另外,本文对双标记神经元的形态特征、及与双分叉神经元数目间的关系等进行了描述和讨论。联系牵涉痛现象,本文也探讨了双标记神经元在脊神经节内存在的机能意义。 A method of the fluorescent double labelling was use i in this study that divergent neurons existed in the spinal ganglion of Jogs. The results of this research showed; 1 ) The pI and Bb double labelling neurons ( PI/Bb-DLN ) ware noted only C5-C6 in the injected side. The result indicate that the peripheral dichotomization neuron whose one branch is in the phrenic nerve,the other in the cutaneous rami of the cervical spinal nerve exists surely iti the spinal ganglion. 2). The cells body °f the sensory in the phrenic nerve of the dog is in the C5-C7 spinal ganglions and the majority is in C6. In addition; the paper discusses the method in this study, and the relationship between pI/Bb-DLN and the divergent neurons. Referred pain and its mechanism was associated with axon divergent neurons in the spinal ganglion.
