摘要
目的：分析本院儿科抗菌药物的应用情况，评价使用合理性，为-临床抗感染药物合理应用提供参考。方法：采用药物使用评价回顾性研究方法，对儿科病例抗菌药物使用情况进行统计分析。结果：抗菌药物的使用率为64．58％，其中头孢曲松钠针、利巴韦林针用药频率较高；头孢呋辛钠针、头孢他啶针总金额较高；注射用抗菌药物的使用明显多于口服抗菌药物的使用。结论：儿科抗菌药物使用以注射用抗菌药物为主，使用剂量较为谨慎。
