纳米氧化铁上尿素与甲醇高选择性合成碳酸二甲酯 被引量:1

Highly selective synthesis of dimethyl carbonate from urea and methanol over nano-sized α-Fe_2O_3

摘要 制备了单一相组成的赤铁矿型纳米α-Fe2O3,并用XRD、SEM、FT-IR与UV-vis光谱对其进行了表征。结果表明,所制备的铁氧化物主要是以纳米氧化铁簇和分散的氧化铁的形式存在。这两种形式的氧化铁材料对由尿素与甲醇高选择性合成碳酸二甲酯反应表现了很好的催化性能,获得了接近100%的目标产物的选择性。探讨了合成反应的热力学与反应机理,提出了甲醇与尿素在催化剂表面共同被活化的反应机理,并由此解释了形成高选择性反应的原因。 Nano-scale iron oxide was prepared using a simple chemical protocol and characterized by FT-IR, XRD, SEM and UV-vis. The characterization results revealed that the iron oxide was hematite (α-Fe2O3) and the iron species mainly existed as iron oxide nanocluster and bulk iron oxide both of which showed excellent performances for synthesis of dimethyl carbonate from urea and methanol, and had nearly 100% selectivity to the target product. Moreover, the reaction thermodynamics, mechanism and their contributions to the excellent reaction performances were discussed.
