摘要
结合铁皮石斛的生物学特性,从不同因素对铁皮石斛种子萌发、原球茎增殖与分化、不定芽诱导与增殖、生根与壮苗的影响等方面综述了铁皮石斛组织培养技术研究概况,从栽培技术和田间管理两大方面总结了铁皮石斛的栽培管理技术研究进展,并对铁皮石斛的组织培养与栽培管理技术发展方向进行了展望。
Combining with the introduction of bionornics of Dendrobium candidum, the latest research and application results of tissue culture and artificial cultivation technology were summarized from different aspects, development direction of tissue culture and artificial cultivation technology of Dendrobium candidum were also pointed out in this paper.
