摘要
结合上海市长江引水三期工程水源泵站水力模型试验,研究和分析大型城市水源泵站前池流态以及产生不良流态的原因,提出了消涡板、非全段式底坎和八字形导流墩等改善不良进水流态的工程措施,并对底坎和八字形导流墩措施进行比较分析。试验结果表明,虽然底坎和导流墩整流措施布置形式不同,但两者改善流态的效果差异不大,均能有效改善泵站前池的进水流态,提高水泵运行工作效率。
Based on the hydraulic model tests of the water source pumping stations at the third stage of Yangtze River Water Diversion Project in Shanghai, the intake flow patterns in the forebays of large urban water source pumping stations as well as the causes for abnormal flow pattern were analyzed. Some engineering measures to improve the intake flow patterns, anti-swirl vanes, bottom sills and guide piers, were put forward. The bottom sills and the guide piers were, compared. The model test results show that the two measures exhibit little difference in improving the flow patterns though they have different layout patterns, and they both can improve the intake flow patterns in the forebays of pumping stations so as to enhance the operation efficiency of the pumps.
