摘要
采用参与式农村评估方法(PRA),在贵州省台江县3个村和林业部门调查影响造林质量的非技术因素。结果表明,除造林技术因素之外,政策、管理、经济及自然等非技术因素,都对造林质量有不同程度影响。通过问卷调查及影响程度评分排序,初步确定了影响台江县造林质量的10个主要非技术因素。这些非技术因素往往是通过影响造林者的积极性和认真负责精神,进而影响各造林技术环节的施工质量,从而对造林质量产生间接的影响。因此,对影响造林质量的各种非技术因素加以控制是十分必要的。
Non -technical factors influencing quality of artificial plantation were investigated at three villages and local forestry sectors in Taijiang County of Guizhou Province by the method of Participatory Rural Appraisal （PRA）. The result showed that non - technical factors relating to policy, management, economy and nature exerted different degrees of influence on plantation quality besides technical factors. Ten main non - technical factors influ- encing quality of artificial plantation in Taijiang County were determined preliminarily through questionnaire investi- gation and marking and ranking of the influence degrees. These non - technical factors generally influenced the work quality of each link of plantation through impacting enthusiasm and conscientious and responsible attitude of planting workers, and then influenced plantation quality indirectly. So it is very necessary to control all non -technical factors influencing quality of artificial plantation.
