摘要
华能珞璜发电有限公司(珞璜电厂)三期2×600 MW机组疏水扩容器减温水管道存在强烈振动和高噪声的现象,试验分析认为,减温水喷管喷孔孔径偏大是造成减温水管道产生振动和高噪声的主要原因。通过对减温水喷管的喷孔数和孔径进行改进,成功消除了减温水管道的强烈振动和高噪声的问题。
The phenomena of violent vibration and high noise occurred on desuperheating water pipeline to the drain flash tank of 2 × 600 MW units in second - phase project of Huaneng Luohuang Power Generation Co Ltd have been analysed,it is believed from test and analysis that the main cause resulting in violent vibration and high noise on desuperheating water pipeline is the larger aperture of desuperheating water spraying pipe. Through retrofitting the number and apecture of spray - holes on the desuperheating water spraying pipe, the problem of violent vibration and high noise occurred on the desuperbeating water pipeline has been successfully eliminated.
