摘要
针对干煤粉加压激冷气化工艺特点,介绍了煤给料顺序控制、负荷控制、气体组分氧煤比控制、气化炉压力调节阀控制、火炬阀控制,以及煤烧嘴的氧气、蒸汽、煤粉流量和煤粉速率的控制。同时,还给出气化炉减温水、除渣、湿洗等系统控制方式和方法。
Directing against the features of pressurized and violently cooled coal gasification process for dry pulverized coal,the coal feed sequence control, load control, gas composition （oxygen- coal ratio） control,pressure- regulating valve control, torch valve control for the gasification furnace, as well as the flow rate control of oxygen,steam,pulverized coal and speed rate control of pulverized coal for the burners have been presented. At the same time, some control modes and methods for control systems of desuperheating water, slag removal, and wet scrubbing of the gasification furnace have also been given.
