介绍了科技查新和信息分析的概念与关系,阐述了生物医药卫生科技查新中涉及到的信息分析研究,对科技查新工作具有重要的指导作用和实用价值,以及培养查新人员的信息分析能力的重要性。
The concept of novelty evaluation of application for scientific and technological projects and achievements as well as information analysis and their relation were introduced. The important role and value of information analysis involved in novelty evaluation of application for projects and achievements in biomedical and health sciences, as well as the importance of training information analysis competence of novelty evaluation persons were discussed.
