摘要
采用信息技术与计量学方法构建了生物信息学知识网络。生物信息学知识网络由知识分类模块、知识检索模块和知识报道模块3大结构组成。它强化了生物信息学的知识挖掘功能,主要表现在引文、相关文献和相关知识元的链接3个方面。
A knowledge network of informatics, consisting of a knowledge classification module, knowledge search module and knowledge report module, was constructed using information technology and bibliometric methods.Its functions are intensified in knowledge mining of bioinformatics characterized by citation linkage, related literature linkage and related knowledge unit linkage.
