摘要
“痰”对小儿哮喘的发生、发展及预后有重要影响,本文通过临床资料总结,初步探讨了治痰的途径、从痰辩治的方法及治痰的机理。以治痰法为主控制小儿哮喘发作53例,有效率83％,从而证实了小儿哮喘发作从痰辩治的必要性和有效性。
It has important significance that phlegm affects childhood asthma coming and course and prognosis. The article summarized 53 cases clinical date, probe mechanism and channel to cure phlegm and method about treat childhood asthma with phlegm theory of Chinese traditional medicine. The effective rate is 83％ by using method of cure phlegm to control acute attack of childhood asthma. It is proved effective and essential to treat childhood asthma attack with phlegm theory of Chinese traditional medicine.
