以家庭为中心的健康教育对糖尿病患者治疗依从性的影响 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨以家庭为中心的健康教育对糖尿病患者治疗依从性的影响。方法将120例糖尿病患者随机分为于预组60例，对照组60例。对照组单纯对患者本人进行健康教育；干预组采用以家庭为中心的健康教育模式。2组在健康教育前后进行治疗依从性、饮食控制、运动疗法、血糖控制达标4个方面的评价。结果在治疗依从性、饮食控制、运动疗法、血糖控制达标4个方面，2组相比，P〈0．01，有显著性差异。结论采用以家庭为中心的健康教育模式较单纯对患者本人进行健康教育，可以更好的改善患者的生活方式，提高治疗的依从性，从而使患者血糖控制达标。
