摘要
目的通过对我院外科术前健康教育内容的调查,增强护士的主动服务意识并为管理者提供依据。方法随机抽取我院外科护士30名,自行设计问卷进行调查,对各项健康教育内容的比例进行分析。结果我院外科手术前健康教育以术前禁食、水和术前生理状况观察的介绍为主,而对减轻患者焦虑情绪的心理疏导做的还不够。结论术前健康教育对手术的顺利进行具有很重要的意义,故健康教育内容的涉及应该更全面。
Objective through the investigation of the preoperative health education in surgical department,raise the consciousness of active service and To provide a basis for nursing management.Methods 30 surgical nurses in our hospital were taken out randomly and investigated with the proportion of preoperative health education by self-designed questionnaire.Results preoperative fasting and water deprivation、physiological states were the emphasis of preoperative health education,there had more shortage in psychological counseling.Conclusion preoperative health education have a very important significance for the operation carried on smoothly,and the contents of preoperation health education should be more comprehensive.
