钛的氩弧焊、激光焊和等离子弧焊的实验研究 被引量:7

Study on Titanium Joined with Tungsten Inert Gas Welding, Laser Welding and Plasma Welding

摘要 采用氩弧焊、激光焊和等离子弧焊焊接钛支架杆,与母材对照,测试其力学性能、显微硬度,并做金相分析、电子断口分析,测试数据经统计学处理。结果显示:钛的氩弧焊、激光焊基本满足修复体焊接要求。 Titanium material,which were joined with tungsten inert gas welding,laser welding and plasma arc welding technique,were tested the tensile strength,percentage elogation,microhardness,SEM examination and metallographic examination of longitudinal cross section,Compairing with the original titanium rod,and made statistical analysis. The result showed that tungsten inert gas welding and laser welding of titanium were suitable for prosthetic welding,which was viewed as the experimental proof of the further clinical use.
