上海成都路合流污水调蓄池的污染减排效益及优化 被引量:18

Pollution Reduction Benefit and Optimization Measures of Chengdulu Combined Sewage Detention Tank in Shanghai

摘要 为评估城市大型合流污水调蓄池(CSDT)的环境效益,对上海成都路合流污水调蓄池2006年—2009年运行期间的30余次降雨、系统管道出流水量及水质进行了连续监测。结果表明,调蓄池具有较好的溢流减排效益,对暴雨溢流的年均削减量和削减率分别为8.24×104 m3和8.37%;对暴雨溢流污染物COD、SS、NH 4+-N和TP的年均削减量可达37.32、45.36、1.92和0.26t。分析结果表明,可通过优化调蓄池运行水位来增加既定服务面积CSDT的环境效益。 In order to assess the environmental benefit of urban combined sewage detention tank (CSDT), the precipitation, discharge and pollutant concentration of the Chengdulu CSDT were continu- ously monitored over 30 times from 2006 to 2009 in Shanghai. The results show that CSDT has better benefit in reduction of combined sewer overflow (CSO) : ① The average annual CSO reduction amount and reduction rate in wet season are 8.24 ×104 m^3 and 8.37% respectively. ② The annual reduction amounts of COD, SS, NH4 - N and TP in the CSO are 37.32 t, 45.36 t, 1.92 t and 0.26 t respectively. In order to increasing the environmental benefit of a volume-limited CSDT, the measure of optimizing the CSDT running model should be suggested.
