摘要
目的:探讨水律汤对H22肝癌小鼠生存期及体重的影响。方法:取H22肝癌细胞接种于小鼠腹腔造成肝癌腹水模型,随机分为正常组(NS)、模型组(M)、水律汤低剂量组(TA)、水律汤高剂量组(TB),造模后第5天用水律汤连续灌胃5天,观察对小鼠体重、生存期的影响。结果:小鼠造模第1天(D1)、D3各组体重差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),D5各组小鼠体重与正常组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),D7高剂量组小鼠与其他各组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),D9、D11、D13低剂量组和高剂量组小鼠体重与模型组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。生存期低剂量组和高剂量组与模型组比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:水律汤对H22肝癌腹水模型小鼠体重有明显的影响,但对小鼠生存期未见明显影响。
Objective：To study the effects of Shuilv mixture on the body weight and survival time in H22 ascites liver cancer mice.Methods：Forty special pathogen free（SPF） Kunming mice were randomized into 4 groups：blank control group（NS）,model control group（M）,low Shuilv mixture model group（TA）,high Shuilv mixture model group（TB）.After making the model,from fifth day to give the medicine,and observe the change of body weight and survival time.Results：All group in first day（D1）,D3 were not statistically different（P〉0.05）;At D5,TM,TA and TB group were statistically significant compared to NS group（P〈0.01）;At D7,TB was statistically significant compared to others group（P〈0.05）;At D9,D11 and D13,TA and TB were statistically significant compared to M（P〈0.05）;TA and TB were not statistically significant compared with M（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Shuilv mixture can reduce the body weight of H22 bearing mice,but can not prolong the survival time.
