固溶温度对Al-Zn-Sn-Ga-Bi合金电化学性能的影响

Effect of solution temperature on electrochemical properties of Al-Zn-Sn-Ga-Bi alloy

摘要 对Al-Zn-Sn-Ga-Bi阳极合金分别进行460、480、500℃下保温4 h的固溶处理,用恒电流法测试固溶处理后合金在人造海水中的电化学性能,采用OM,SEM和EDS确定该合金不同固溶温度下的显微组织,并通过极化曲线考察合金极化过程的变化。结果表明,480℃固溶合金的工作电位负移较大,电流效率为95.6%,腐蚀均匀,综合性能较好。 Al-Zn-Sn-Ga-Bi anode alloy was treated by solution treatment at the temperatures of 460,480 and 500℃ for 4 h respectively.The electrochemical properties in artificial seawater of the alloy with solution treatment were tested by galvanostatic method.Microstructure was characterized by OM,SEM and EDS.The variation of polarization process with different solution temperatures were also studied by polarization curves analysis.The results show that the alloy of solution treatment at 480 ℃ exhibits better comprehensive properties with negative operating potential,high efficiency of 95.6% and uniform corrosion.
