摘要
钢的淬火-分配(Q-P)热处理工艺是2003年由美国Speer等提出的一种钢的热处理新工艺。Q-P工艺因获得马氏体+残留奥氏体混合组织而使钢具有较高的强韧性。结合作者的研究工作,对国内外Q-P工艺的研究现状与进展加以概述,并对其实现工业化生产提出展望。
The new process(quenching and partitioning) for steel heat treatment developed by J.Speer,et al can be used to generate mixed microstructure of martensite/austenite combination giving attractive properties of steels.The current situation and development of Q-P process were briefly overviewed combining with the author′s present research work.And the realization of industrial production of Q-P steels was forecast.
