摘要
对工程项目招标过程的事前、事中和事后交易成本构成进行阐述,分析影响招标人交易成本的主要因素和导致交易成本增加的原因,如信息不对称、寻租行为、设计深度等。最后提出控制交易成本的建议。
It describes the transaction cost composition of engineering projects bidding process at different stages, and analyzes the main factors affecting tenderer transaction cost and causes of the cost increasing, such as information asymmetric, leasing conduct, design depth and so on. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions for controlling transaction cost.
