摘要
将Fe2+和Fe3+均匀地分散在聚乙烯醇高分子溶液中,用化学共沉淀法进行原位反应,制得聚乙烯醇分散水基磁流体。用Gouy磁天平、透射电镜、X射衍射仪和纳米粒度与电位分析仪对磁流体和铁氧体进行测试与分析。研究发现,磁流体中的磁性粒子粒径为10nm以下,磁流体具有超顺磁性,聚乙烯醇(PVA)高分子线团包裹着Fe3O4磁性粒子,形成十分稳定的分散体系。
Water-based magnetic fluids dispersing with polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) were prepared in-situ by chemical coprecipitation in PVA solution dissolved by Fe^2+ and Fe^3+ evenly. The properties of magnetic fluids and ferrite were measured with Gouy magnetic balance, transmission electron microscope (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and nano particle size and potential analysis meter. The results indicated that the magnetic fluid with magnetic particle less than 10 nm had the properties of superparamagnetism and very stable system in which Fe3O4 magnetic particles were wrapped by PVA macromolecular clews.
