摘要
目的:观察口服加减逍遥散联合维生素C延缓老视的疗效。方法:选择确诊为早期老视的患者45例、90只眼,随机分为两组。对照组采用六步按摩法治疗,治疗组在给予按摩治疗的同时给以逍遥散加减联合维生素C口服中西医结合治疗。结果:治疗组46只眼,治愈13眼,治愈率28.26%;好转28眼,好转率60.87%;无效5眼,无效率10.87%。对照组44只眼,治愈5眼,治愈率11.36%;好转19眼,好转率43.18%;无效20眼,无效率45.46%。总有效率:治疗组89.13%,对照组54.55%。治疗组明显优于对照组。总有效率两组比较,差异有统计学意义。结论:口服逍遥散加减联合维生素C中西医结合治疗能延缓、推迟老视的发生和发展。
Objective： To observe the Xiaoyaosan subtraction combined with vitamin C efficacy of oral delayed presbyopia. Results： The 46 eyes, 13 eyes cured, the cure rate 28.26% ; improved 28, improved the rate of 60. 87% ; invalid 5, inefficient 10. 87%. control Groups of 44 eyes, cured 5,the cure rate 11.36% ; improved 19, improved the rate of 43.18% ;null and void 20, the inefficiency of 45.46%. The total effective rate： treatment group 89. 13% ; control group, 54. 55%. treatment group was significantly superior in the control group. Total effective rate of the two groups, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions： Modified Xiaoyaosan Chinese and Western medicine combined with oral vitamin C therapy can delay, delay the occurrence of presbyopia, development, effects unique, worthy of promotion.
