摘要
目的:探讨绝经后女性非感染性尿道综合征的治疗方法。方法:将诊断明确的非感染性尿道综合征66例患者随机分为两组,治疗组37例,给予雌激素替代治疗;对照组29例,给予对症治疗,12周后对其疗效进行比较。结果:治疗组总有效率94.59%,对照组总有效率31.03%,两组间具有统计学差异(P<0.01),且治疗组无1例发生严重并发症。结论:绝经后女性非感染性尿道综合征给予雌激素替代治疗安全、有效。
Objective：To improve the diagnosis and treatment for non - infectious urethra syndrome of menopausal women. Methods： 66 cases menopausal women with non - infectious urethra syndrome were randomly diided into 2 groups ： treatment group （ estrogen replacement therepy ERT, n = 37 ） and control group （n =29）. Treatment lasted for 12 weeks, then curative effects were observed and compared. Results：the total effective rate in treatment group was 94. 59%, and that of control group was 31. 03%. There was significant difference between two groups （ P 〈 0.01 ） , and no complications were presented in treatment group. Conclusion：ERT is effective and safe in treatment of non - infectious urethra syndrome of menopausal women.
