摘要
通过ANSYS有限元软件对铸件及其模具温度场的模拟分析;找出了最佳的模具预热温度和浇注温度;验证了数值模拟分析在铸件形成中的良好作用。
In this paper,to find the best mold preheating temperature and pouring temperature,ANSYS finite element software is used in casting to carry out mold temperature field simulation analysis.The excellent effect of numerical simulation analysis is proved in actual casting production.
