摘要
本文讨论了经两种不同成型模式制取的聚合物高填充材料的形态及热分析结果。电镜观察表明:聚合物对人工合成的镁-白云石无机颗粒可形成不同形式的包覆及粘着,聚烯烃A、B以“絮”状,EMVC和酚醛树脂为“壳”状。TG和DTA的热分析结果表明:聚烯烃A和B的存在改变了无机物的热反应;含EMVC的样品,其TG曲线上有缓慢失重现象。
In this paper,the morphology and thermo analysis about the high stuffed polymer samples were observed and discussed.The samples contained different kinds of and different amounts of polymers and they were shaped by two shapping methods. The results observed by electric microscope showed that polymers could wraped and had different adhere forms .The thermo analysis (TG, DTA) demonstrated that there was no reaction between EMVC and inorganic aggregate, otherwise, some changes occured in the DTA when samples contained polyolefin A and B, and the TG curves slowed down when the binder was EMVC.
