摘要
利用60Coγ射线辐照引发淀粉接枝丙烯酸合成高吸水树脂,探讨糊化温度、丙烯酸中和度、辐照剂量、丙烯酸用量和交联剂用量等因素对吸水树脂吸水率的影响。正交试验结果表明,制备树脂较好的工艺条件为:淀粉3g,初始加入蒸馏水21ml,90℃下糊化15min,丙烯酸中和度80%,丙烯酸与淀粉的比例(V/W)为3:1,0.9%的N,N,-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺0.5ml,辐照处理3kGy,真空干燥温度60℃。在上述条件下制备的树脂可吸蒸馏水766ml/g,吸自来水278ml/g,吸0.9%NaCl水溶液64ml/g。
To prepare super absorbent resin,starch and acrylic acid were irradiated by 60Co γ-rays to induce graft polymerization reaction.The effect of gelatinization temperature,neutralization degree of acrylic acid,irradiation dose,amount of acrylic acid and crosslinking agent on absorption ability of absorbent resin were studied.The results of orthogonal experiment indicated that the optimal synthetic conditions were:3g starch,mixed with 21ml of water,gelatinizing the starch at 90℃ for 15min,neutralization degree of acrylic acid 80% ,the ratio of acrylic acid and strach(V/W) 3 ∶ 1,0.9% N,N-methylene bisacrylamide 0.5ml,irradiation dose 3kGy and vacuum dried at 60℃ .The prepared resin per gram can absorb 766ml distilled water,278ml tap water,and 64ml 0.9% NaCl.
