摘要
对以单倍体为受体进行转基因的优势以及近年来国内外在单倍体基因转化方面的研究进行了概述,并对其存在的问题和未来前景进行了探讨与展望。
Advantages and progresses in recent years of plants transgenic researches by using haploid materials as the target tissue derived from haploid tissue were summarized in this paper,and the problems and prospects in this field were also discussed.
