摘要
以0.1,0.5和0.8毫克/千克的剂量活体掺入丝裂霉素C,小鼠骨髓细胞的细胞分裂指数分别下降34.6%,62.5%和87.5%;具有SCD的细胞所占比例分别为40%,20%和5%,而对照组为60%。实验结果表明丝裂霉素C能使细胞周期运转迟钝,而且对小鼠骨髓细胞具有强毒性。建议使用0.1毫克/千克或更小的剂量,这样可减少丝裂霉素C的毒性。
In vivo incorporating Mitomycine C at dose of 0.1, 0.5 and 0.8mg/kg, the cell division efficiency of mouse myelocytes are reduced by 34.6%, 62.5% and 87.5% respectively; the proportion of SCD cells are 40%, 20% and 5% respectively, while the control is 60%. The result indicates that Mitomycine C can slow the cell cycle and is powerful toxic to mouse myelocytes, we propose from the result that using Mitomycine C at dose of 0.1mg/kg or below could reduce its toxicity.
